Terms of Business:

• Boston Management Services will not pay for postage if you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, or made a mistake in your ordering.
• If you received a faulty or damaged item, we require notification within one business day of the recorded delivery date.
• If a book is damaged on delivery we will replace or refund it but we will require faulty books to be returned to us. We are not able to refund shipping costs. This must be done within 24 hours of receipt of delivery.

We have a flat shipping rate of AUD$10 for all of Australia. This includes packaging and delivery cost. We ship within 2 business days of order, the package should arrive within 7 to 10 business days.
